Matina Enclaves to turn over 1st tower on August

MATINA Enclaves is scheduled to have their turnover of their Tower 1 by the first or second week of August, an Esdevco Realty Corporation executive said.

During one of their twice-a-month scheduled open house, Esdevco Realty Corporation Marketing and Communications Officer Yvonne Grace Alvarez said all their units for their five mid-rise towers are already sold out and they are currently selling units from their building six which is the first from the targeted four high-rise buildings.

Matina Enclaves’ mid-rise towers have a maximum of 12 floors while their high-rise buildings have a maximum of 25 floors.

Their building six, which was just launched in January, sold out fast and has only around 39 units left both one-bedroom and two-bedroom units only.

“For this specific open house, our theme is colorful. There are more feast, we made sure that we have faster response for tripping and site trips for those who wants to visit to the site,” said Alvarez.

She also added that every open house, which is usually done every 2nd and 4th week of the month, they are giving away free appliances such as washing machine or range hood for one-bedroom purchases and 22-inch LED TV for two-bedroom purchases.

Alvarez said what keeps Matina Enclaves apart from other developers is the simplicity in their interior design as they promote comfortable way of living especially with tagline of exclusive living within reach.

He said most of their clients are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) from Davao City. Others are foreigners married and associated with Filipinos.

Some are also coming from neighboring cities such as General Santos City.

Alvarez also said they prioritize on the end user or those clients whose primary reason for purchase of unit is for home use.
