THE National Day of Belgium was a big event at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu.
The yearly celebration has always been well arranged by Honorary Consul Enrique Benedicto.
His Excellency the Ambassador Roland Van Remoortele bid goodbye to Cebu because his term ends this year.
He recalled the productive ties Belgium had with Cebu and commended Consul Benedicto for pioneering many meaningful economic, cultural and academic linkages.
