FLI turns over Aldea phase 6

FILINVEST Land Inc. has completed the sixth and final phase of its first subdivision in Mactan and has turned over finished units to the homeowners.

FLI Area General Manager Allan Go Alfon turned over the symbolic key with project development manager Archie M. Igot in simple ceremonies following the blessing of phase six recently by Fr. Raffy de Gracia.

Homeowner Nimfa Tampus led her neighbors in receiving the symbolic key from Alfon, Igot and subdivision administrator Marc Menina.

The company started to develop the 10.6-hectare subdivision in 2004, and spent P120 million more to develop phase six from December 2013 with 243 house-and-lot units and 207 lot-only properties, according to Igot.

With two models of duplex units to choose from, phase six has 22 remaining Amber units and 54 Opal units, he disclosed, adding these units range from P1.7 million to P2.1 million each with lot areas at 72 to 87 square meters.

Alfon, who is also vice president for strategic business development for the Visayas and Mindanao, said phase six is a more affordable option for those who wish to acquire residential properties at Aldea del Sol.

While meant for the middle class, the first five phases at Aldea del Sol targeted the middle to high-end market, noted Alfon. The subdivision, he said, hosts professionals, entrepreneurs, overseas workers and some expatriates.

Igot hinted that Filinvest will soon launch an affordable housing project in Mactan, still for the middle class. (PR)
