THE security guard who killed a messenger earlier this afternoon, August 4, surrendered to the Homicide Section of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO).

Michael Manatad, reportedly a resident of Barangay Ermita, submitted himself to the investigators.
He confessed that he indeed was the one who shot Mamerto Relacion on the chest.
The shooting incident happened around 3 p.m. along Osmeña Boulevard in Cebu City.
