A DANAO City resident believed to be involved in the illegal drug trade was killed in Sitio Laray, Barangay Cansaga, Consolacion at 9:30 p.m. last Saturday.
Investigators found five small packs of suspected shabu from the pockets of Antonio Pasaje Alcala after he was attacked by an unknown assailant.
Investigation showed that the victim was driving his motorcycle on a dim road in Laray when the gunman shot him several times.
Alcala was rushed to the Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital in Mandaue City, where he was declared dead on arrival. (KAL)
