JEALOUSY allegedly drove a 35-year-old woman to stab her boyfriend in Barangay Tabunok, Talisay City last week.
Suspect Anna Paran allegedly stabbed Esperidion Tabunal, 49, with an 11-inch kitchen knife during their argument on the roadside.
Paran confronted Tabunal after she found out that her boyfriend was reportedly seeing another woman.
The argument ended in the stabbing incident.
Tabunal was brought to the Talisay District Hospital by concerned tricycle drivers who witnessed the incident.
He survived.
