SEVEN barangays in Cebu City will soon be implementing a curfew with the police.

Cebu City Police Office Director Joel Doria said that the police will conduct seminars to barangay captains during the implementation of the curfew.

“We can solve our problem with our street children and hopefully, we can curb criminality in the area,” Doria said.

These barangays are San Nicolas Proper, Suba, Pasil, Sawang Calero, Pahina San Nicolas, Calamba and Duljo-Fatima.

Doria said that simultaneous rescue operations will be launched but before that, barangay tanods will be briefed on the operational procedure during a body frisk. (JOB)
