RAPE RAPS. Indian national was detained after he allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl inside a pension house last August 12, in the village of Canelar, Zamboanga City.

UBER. No deal was reached between Uber Systems Inc. (Uber) and the Land Transportation Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Wednesday after a three-hour closed door meeting between the parties and four senators.

REJECTION. Lawmakers associated with the leftist movement on Wednesday said they were “outraged” by the Commission on Appointments' (CA) decision to reject Judy Taguiwalo as Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary.
