A 26-YEAR-OLD man was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in Purok 4, Barangay Sto. Niño, Toledo City last Tuesday night.
Police identified the fatality as Lou Bascon Bendoy, who succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds in the body.
Bendoy was sleeping in a hut of Anak sa Dios (Child of God), a religious group, when he was attacked.
Police are still conducting an investigation to identify the culprit.
Investigators recovered five empty shells of .45 pistol, a slug, a cell phone case and five SIM (subscriber identity module) cards in the crime scene. (KAL)
