Mula de Victoria’s Saron Event Hall: A grand affair with nature

THERE’S another reason to visit Mula de Victoria Hidden Farm Resort in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.

Dubbed as an exclusive haven for nature lovers, the quaint leisure destination tucked away in the province’s smallest town, is now offering an impressive and distinctive venue for special milestones and memorable celebrations.

Owner former Sto. Tomas Mayor Lito Naguit shared that the newly-opened events place was built with his kababayans in mind.

“This is our gift to the people of Sto. Tomas and our neighboring towns like Minalin, Masantol, Macabebe, and San Fernando. We aspire to provide our kabalens from this side of the province a tastefully designed and spacious venue that can make any celebration—be it a wedding, birthday, debut, reunion—or functions like corporate affairs and seminars, a special one,” he said.

Named after his late father, the Saron Event Hall is a 1,000 square meter venue which can accommodate up to 400 seated guests in an indoor and outdoor setting combined.

It is a masterpiece by Lito’s brother, architect and public servant, Sto. Tomas First Councilor Jhong Naguit, who helped develop the 2.5-hectare farm resort.

Jhong noted that the Saron Event Hall was designed to complement the relaxing and serene ambiance of nature at Mula de Victoria.

“It is Asian Modern in design. We incorporate contemporary features and details that are simple and uncluttered as our concept is ‘less is more’. Then we added Asian twists for it to have a natural feel. We used materials like wood for the panels and Adobe for the walls. Meanwhille, finishing touches of huge glass doors and windows complete the airy, open, and modern venue,” he explained.

He added that guests can have a good glimpse of nature or directly feel its presence because of the plants, trees, and the outdoor water features like the reflecting pool surrounding the hall.

While the venue can provide fresh and unpolluted air, it is fully air-conditioned. It is also equipped with state of the art facilities like LED TV Screen and sound system. A stage and dressing room is also provided for the celebrants or hosts of the affair.

Lito highlighted that as unique and sophisticated the Saron Event Hall may seem, it is actually priced just right or in his own words: “Eleganteng pang-masa.”

The event hall can be rented for as low as P20,000 for the venue only and P25,000 inclusive of the sound system. Additional P10,000 for the LED TV screen.

“Our rates are actually competitive compared to other venues here in Pampanga. But this is not only our edge, as we make sure that our guests are provided a comfortable, clean, and convenient events place that can outshine even the big venues in the province,” he said.

“Moreover, in order to provide hassle-free and worry-free service to our customers, we are planning to introduce an all-in package which includes the catering, event coordination and styling, courtesy of our experienced and dedicated team,” he added.

He said that four more villas will soon open at Mula de Victoria to cater to the growing number of guests, especially during peak season.

“We realized that we need additional facilities to accommodate more guests and ensure that they have a memorable and satisfying experience here at Mula de Victoria. We are planning to open one villa before December, and another one before summer. Then, two more villas will be constructed next year,” he noted.
