Farmer found dead in uphill village of Poro

A FARMER was killed in Sitio Ilihan, Barangay Cansabusab, Poro, Camotes Island, in a case police believed may have been triggered by jealousy.

Poro Police Station Chief Eddie Dalaguit identified the victim as Raym Argallon, who allegedly had an affair with the culprit’s lover.

Argallon died after his head was hit with a hard object. He suffered injuries in the mouth and left portion of his face.

The victim’s body was found in a hilly portion of the village, about three kilometers from the barangay hall, last week.

Dalaguit said that they are locating the culprit, who fled after the incident. (KAL)
