AT least 31 drug personalities, including a high-value target, were caught in separate police operations in Mandaue City during the long weekend.

They are both newly identified drug players.

In a press release, Senior Supt. Roberto Alanas, director of Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO), said Pitogo was identified as a high value target 2 and member of Sadaya Drug Group, which has been operating in Mandaue City.

MCPO conducted the operations from Aug. 25 to Aug. 28.
