WILL President Benigno Aquino III grant the wish of Maria Ozawa, the Japanese former adult film star, to have a date with her?
Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte could not say so.
"I usually reserve comment on matters relating to President's personal affairs," she said when pressed to react on Ozawa's wish.
Ozawa, 29, reportedly said that she would love to date Aquino, 55, who remains a bachelor.
The Japanese actress reportedly said that she was planning to settle down and have kids before she turns 35.
Aquino, in his attendance to the Special Training for Employment Program (Step) on Tuesday in Pasay City, said that he was not losing hope that he could still find someone whom he could share the rest of his life.
He said that Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) head Joel Villanueva was fortunate to have a wife who is beautiful, intelligent, kind and understanding and who also always supports him.
Tesda organized the Step.
"Ako po’y naghahanap pa. Parati kong inuulit-ulit sa sarili ko: Habang may buhay, may pag-asa," Aquino said in a speech.
Aquino had been linked to several women in the past, the latest of whom was Miss Universe Philippines 2015 Pia Wurtzbach. (SDR/Sunnex)
