Damosa Seawind Tower 1 launched

IT WAS a day to remember for Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI) and its stakeholders as the homegrown company held a blessing for the Tower 1 of Damosa Seawind, the company's first vertical development.

Ricardo Lagdameo, vice president for DLI, lead the launch of the first tower and was attended by personnel of DLI, Davao City officials, members of the media, and other stakeholders.

Lagdameo said aside from the completion of the first tower, basic amenities like the swimming pool and the clubhouse are also completed for the homeowners to use once they move in. The units of the first tower are set to be turned over to the homeowners by October this year.

Currently, Tower 2 is being constructed and completion is targeted to be by the end of October or by the first week of November. The construction of towers 4, 5, and 6 will also follow. The entire project is targeted to be finished by 2021.

After the blessing of the tower, there was a quick tour for the guests to see some of its units. A simple brunch was also prepared for the guests while they have a chit chat with one another.

In the evening, DLI organized a Meet-and Greet with Your Neighbors, which centered on the theme of celebrating Mindanao's culture and heritage. Guests were treated to a cultural performance and fashion show presented on a stage over the pool with the first tower being in the backdrop.

The guests were wowed by the performances of K'Mindanawan and Kite Dancers while Davao City's leading fashion designers from the Davao Fashion Design Council presented a stunning fashion show.

Showcasing their beautiful designs and silhouettes are Aztec Barba, Bamba Limon, Benjie Panizales, Egay Ayag, Edgar Buyan, Dodjie Batu, Emi Englis, and Windell Mira.

It was truly a day of celebration, not only for DLI but also its homeowners and stakeholders.

Muziks' kool was also at the celebration to serenade the guests.

Damosa Seawind is located in Sasa, Davao City near the Samal Ferry Terminal. To know more about the project, you may contact their sales office at (082) 234-2888 or visit them at Damosa District, Lanang, Davao City.
