Napolcom reminds public vs criminals during Christmas season

THE National Police Commission (Napolcom) warned the public against criminals who will take advantage of the upcoming Christmas season.

Tan urged the public to be vigilant and alert at all times to avoid being victimized by any modus operandi.

She said when on board any vehicle such as taxi or private cars, always ensure that the doors are locked.

Tan also noted the importance of whistle which can be used in emergency cases, particularly to seek attention or help.

She said several PNP personnel will roam around the malls, transport stations, air and sea ports and other vital installations to remind the public to be more alert and vigilant for their own safety. (SunStar Philippines)
