AMORSECO Football Club of Iligan City is hosting the 2nd Congressman Frederick Siao Football Festival on September 23 to 24, at the Ludo Football field at Sitio Bayug, Barangay Santiago, Iligan City.
The tournament is in line with Iligan’s 2017 Diyandi Festival to celebrate the feast of Iligan’s Patron St. Michael Archangel.
The two-day open competition is also a project of the Iligan City government, the 2017 Diyandi Executive Management Board, City Tourism, and the City Sports office.
Trophies and medals are at stake for the winners in the 10 Under (2007) and 12 Under (2005) categories while cash prizes, trophies and medals will be given to the winners in the 17 Under (2000), Ladies Open, Men’s Open and Men’s 35 Above categories.
Competition in the 10 under, 12 under will be on September 23 while the Ladies Open, Men’s Open and the Men’s 35 Above will be on September 24.
Age group players are required to bring copies of their birth certificates during the competition.
Registration is P300 for 10 under, and 12 under, P500 for 17 under, P1000 for Ladies Open, Men’s Open and Men’s 35 above.
