CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- The Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) has allocated some P3 million for the City of San Fernando’s “Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers Program” or Tupad.

Also present during the activity were Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin, Councilors Angie Hizon, BJ Lagman, Ayzel Macalino, Harvey Quiwa, Reden Halili and Ruping Dumlao, Tolentino, Labor Employment Officer Arlene Castillo, and Peso Manager Donny Sayre.
