FORMER Bacolod City Councilor Juan Ramon Guanzon will launch his family’s housing business RGG Homes on the third week of October.
Guanzon is the son of the late Romeo Guanzon, former mayor and congressman of Bacolod.
RGG Homes, which they dub “Home of all Homes,” is located in Mansilingan Village, Bacolod City.
Guanzon, who sits as the company president, held a press conference Saturday, September 23, at East View Hotel with consultant Emmanuel Loplop and marketing head Sheila Guanzon, which coincided with the holding of the brokers' orientation.
Loplop said the new residential subdivision is considered “our very own,” spanning 4.6 hectares of lot owned by the Guanzon family.
He added that locals who owned vast lands, which can be a potential spot for developing decent homes and houses, should also be given a chance to venture into housing development.
