Emergency hotline for cebu province pushed

THE Cebu Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) wants to have their own emergency hotline.

PDRRMO head Baltazar Tribunalo said the Provincial Government allocated P28 million this year for the project.

Tribunalo said they want all emergency calls from Cebu Province directed to the PDRRMO emergency hotline and not to the emergency response center in Manila.

Tribunalo said the project will be further discussed so it will be implemented effectively. (Angel Mae Bellita, USJ-R Intern)
