CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Cabalen, the home of authentic Kapampangan cuisine on Monday opened its 16th store in the Philippines at SM City Pampanga.
The restaurant, also the fourth of branches sporting Cabalen's innovative modern look with a green and white motif and homey decors and furniture, is located near the Events Center and the Skyranch theme park.
"This is actually the fourth branch with this modern but homey ambiance. Others are in Cavite and SM North EDSA. The new look simply evokes that home feeling. Iyung parang nasa bahay ka lang kumakain," said Cabalen executives.
At P298 per head plus VAT, one can savor without limit Cabalen's specialties like biringhe, hito with vegetables and buro, kuhol, sisig, adobo, diniguan, lechon, caldereta, salads, halo-halo and many more entrees served fresh daily.
Cabalen is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. (JTD)
