Capitol removes gov't officials' photos in offices

CEBU Vice Gov. Agnes Magpale said they will heed President Rodrigo Duterte’s order to replace government officials’ pictures with photos of Philippine National Heroes inside government offices.

She said they already started removing some of the government officials’ photos on the government offices’ walls.

Last Wednesday, Duterte ordered government agencies and public schools to replace the photos of government officials with images of 14 Philippine heroes, including Lapu-Lapu and Jose Rizal. (Angel Mae Bellita, USJ-R Intern)
