10,000 Boxing Club rules Cebu amateur revival

FIGHTERS from the Lagtang, Talisay City-based 10,000 Boxing Club made an impression as they pulled separate victories in the Cebu Amateur Boxing Revival in Robinsons South Town Center Outdoor Carpark in Talisay Cebu last Saturday.

Four of the five 10,000 BC fighters won their matches, with Justine Trazo scoring an Sebastian Agojar of Phil-Aust Boxing Gym of Mandaue City at the 12-second mark of the third round under the 28-kilo Novice Division match.

The match was witnessed by Amateur Boxing Alliances of the Philippines (Abap) secretary general Ed Picson, who turned over several sets of competition gloves, head gear and hand wraps to Abap-7 regional director and CABR co-founder Lorenzo “Chao” Sy.

The turnover was witnessed by Philippine national coach Ronald Chavez and ALA Gym’s and CABR chief jury Peter Cuizon.

David Mancao opened up the winning run of 10,000 BC as he scored a split decision win over JM Casinto of The A Gym in the 22-kilo division of the Novice Class. (RCM)
