A COACHES' meeting is set at 6 p.m. on Monday, October 9, at The Royal Mandaya Hotel (TRMH) lounge for the 2017 Philippine Collegiate Champions League (PCCL) Davao eliminations slated October 21.
Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) executive program officer Ronel Leuterio announced this during SBP commissioner's meeting on Tuesday, October 3, at the TRMH that was attended by SBP regional commissioner lawyer Francis Calatrava, SBP committee Billy Cruzasa, SBP city commissioner Oscar Salvador and SBP consultant Macario Cabonce.
Leuterio invited Region 11 collegiate teams including Ateneo de Davao University (Addu), University of Mindanao (UM), Holy Cross of Davao College (HCDC), University of Immaculate Concepcion (UIC), Philippine Women's College (PWC), St. John Paul College of Davao (SJPCD), Rizal Memorial Colleges (RMC), Holy Cross College of Sasa (HCCS), Cor Jesu College (CJC), Davao Merchant Marine Academy College of Southern Philippines (DMMACSP) and St. Mary's College of Tagum (SMCT) to join the meeting that will discuss the rules and regulations, among other concerns.

The Davao City champion will advance to the PCCL Mindanao Finals on November 23, 24, 25 and 26.
A PCCL 3x3 Basketball Tournament will be a side event of the city eliminations.
