Hong Kong's largest Wine & Dine Festival is back this October

ENJOY good times over good food and good wine as Hong Kong brings back its largest Wine & Dine Festival from 26 to 29 October 2017 – a four-day non-stop gastronomic party no food and wine lovers will ever dare to

Hong Kong, dubbed as the Culinary Capital of Asia, entices its visitors all over the world to celebrate taste immersed in a glamorous and joyful ambience; a pre-game to the Hong Kong Great November Feast, which is a whole month of wine events, street carnivals, and gastronomic indulgence.

Hong Kong Tourism Board, together with China Construction Bank (Asia), has prepared the most exciting chef line-up ever in the whole of Wine & Dine Festival’s history – with three Michelin-starred Chicago Chef Curtis
Duffy, recognized for his immaculately constructed dishes, Taiwan-born Chef André Chiang, who gained popularity for his “Octa-philosophy” of eight elements in his dishes, and Singaporean Chef Janice Wong, also known as the Dessert Queen, to grace the event. In addition, there will be over 400 wine and dine booths, where visitors will get to relish a unique culinary experience in the city.

Special events will be hosted at the Robert Parker Wine Advocate Pavilion, where one can enjoy a quality tasting experience from established classics and rising stars to off-the- beaten-track producers selected by the
Robert Parker Wine Advocate; the Bubbly Gala, a newly-introduced wine zone that put together Champagne, sparkling wines and fizzy cocktails that will surely delight visitors, bringing a sparkling touch to the Festival with
other classic wines from all over the world; the Tasting Theatre, where one can expand his culinary skills and meet various wine masters; and the Trendy Food Zone, where fans of seafood, charcuterie, and sweets can come together to eat like locals and discover trendy favorites from its food booths.

These are but a few of Hong Kong’s 9th Wine & Dine Festival highlights, therefore making this October the perfect time to make a sparkling exploration of the wine and dine hub of Asia.
