Unknown gunmen kill painter; culprits escape

A PAINTER was shot and killed by two unidentified gunmen in Sitio Kanaas, Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City last Thursday evening.

Richard Etom, 33, sustained several wounds on his body.

He was rushed to a hospital, but was declared dead on arrival.

A witness said that the victim was talking to someone when two men on a motorcycle started shooting at Etom.

The Guadalupe Police Station pursued the gunmen but failed to find them.

Homicide investigators are looking into personal grudge as the possible motive behind the shooting. (JOB)
