Mexican-inspired dishes at the Fat Cow

THE Fat Cow has recently rolled out its Mexican-inspired dishes that are ready to tickle the taste buds of Dabawenyos.

I, together with other members of the media and some social media influencers, were invited to have a taste of what the restaurant has to offer.

Our meal kicked off with the Wagyu Tapa Taco and Nachos Salad. I like how colorful the Wagyu Tapa Taco was and I did enjoy the dish.

Next came the Pulled Pork Quesadilla and the Garlic and Cheese Oyster with pico de gallo.

Personally, I enjoyed the quesadilla. I enjoyed every bite of it. I love how flavorful the pork was.

The Prawn and Salami pasta, Fried Chimichurri Chicken, and WagyuKarubi were served next. We also enjoyed the three dishes.

Personally, I liked the Fried Chimichurri Chicken and Wagyu Karubi. Also, the carrots and potatoes that came with the chicken were really delicious and I wanted more of it.

We ended the meal with Dairy's Strawberry and Blueberry Muffins and Chocolate Chip Cookie Tart.

Those muffins were really good. I might find myself dropping by Dairy soon for another round of those muffins.

Thank you Chef Patrick Co for inviting us!
