CEBU Pacific Air is warning the public to take precautions and verify flight details and other ancillary services directly with the airline if bookings were made through online travel agents (OTAs) such as Skiddoo and Traveloka.
Since these OTAs have neither authority from, nor permission to transact in behalf of Cebu Pacific, any flight booking or reservation made by or through them might not be reflected in Cebu Pacific’s booking reservation system.
Requests for ancillary services such as meals, seat selection and baggage allowance might also not be reflected in the Cebu Pacific booking system since these OTAs are not synced to that of the airline. (PR)
