Giving recognition and appreciation to employees is always in the heart of the management, of course, by choosing model employee of the quarter and model employee of the year based on employee's performance and behavior.
Awardees will receive plaque of appreciation for their labor and love to the company which entices all employees to perform well in their respective task.
Also, to encourage all department supervisors to perform well, the company gave them pampering activities every after annual planning.
This will give the management team a time to relax and to enjoy the beautiful places like Boracay Island in Malay, Aklan Province.
Together with the company president, Ma'am Gina Garcia-Atienza, the team presented the plans and programs for 2018 at Discovery Shore Hotel.
After the lengthy discussions, the team headed by General Manager Tessie Paña toured the island where fire dancing attracts the eyes of both local and foreign tourists. There we ate together and enjoy the beautiful beach line of Boracay.
And the most exciting activity that we experienced was the parasailing where we stayed in the air for 15 minutes.
Parasailing is a recreational kiting activity where a person is towed behind a boat while attached to a specially designed canopy wing like a parachute.
It is safe since the harness is attached the pilot to the parasail, which is connected to the boat by the tow rope. The boat then drives off, carrying the parascender and person into the air, which cause a bit nervous for first timers.
All expenses are paid by the company as one way of giving reward to the management team who manages the overall operation to achieve the target profit of the company.
For me, this kind of reward system really improves employee's job satisfaction.
