Rest house caretaker found dead in Catmon

A 57-YEAR-OLD rest house caretaker was found dead around 9 a.m. Wednesday, October 11, in Sitio Bakhawan, Barangay Catmondaan, Catmon, Cebu.

Police identified the fatality as Elsie Nuñeza, who succumbed to a gunshot wound in the forehead.

The perpetrator and the motive behind the murder are still unknown, but personal grudge is one of the theories being eyed by the police.

The victim was found by her cousin in her quarters, soaked in her own blood.
