Kekert: Japanese love of nature

WHERE nature and humanity are brought together, Lalique and Ikebana International present an Ikebana Floral Demonstration by Artists from the Cebu Chapter, which took place on the third level of Rustan’s in Ayala Center Cebu for an intimate gathering.

Currently on its 48th year in Cebu City, this beautiful ancient Japanese art of flower arrangement dates back to the sixth century in Japan as an introduction of Buddhism to the Japanese, where over the centuries, Ikebana has seen itself grow and appreciated world-wide.

Friendship through Flowers. Any person or organization who has the passion is more than welcome to join by becoming a member of Ikebana International.
