COMMITTED to provide quality houses to Dabawenyos, Santos Land Development Corporation (SLDC) will launch next year Ilumina Estates II, a mid-cost to high end development that offers peaceful and luxurious subdivision living.
The project will sprawl in a 25-hectare area in Communal, Buhangin, Davao City.
“We will launch it once the construction of the clubhouse will be finished. At present, construction works of the clubhouse is ongoing and is expected to be completed in January 2018,” SLDC sales and marketing manager Estella Aguilos said.
As of October 15, land development is at 71 percent complete. It has one-storey and two-storey house models.
The subdivision offers lot only and house and lot packages. The property is just about 5 minutes from Davao International Airport and near to vital centers and establishments in the northern part of the city.
