PHINMA Properties opened last June 20 its Davao Sales Office, located at Carriedo Building, J.P. Laurel Avenue in Bajada, Davao City.

The blessing was also done for the new office, which showcases its model unit for Arrezzo Place Davao, which will soon rise along Dona Pilar Avenue in Barrio Pampanga.

The company also held the groundbreaking for Arezzo Place Davao, a low-cost condominium development, along Dona Pilar Ave. in Barrio Pampanga, Davao City, last year.

During the opening ceremony, Willie J. Uy, Phinma president and chief executive officer, said that Arezzo Place will feature a modern Italian living designs inspired by cities in Italy. He added that their soon to rise condominium is both affordable and can boast of high quality.

The project will rise in a 2.6-hectare property, comprising 12 buildings with combined units of 1,080.

Now selling units for their third building, future homeowners can choose from a 30.6-square meter (sqm.) unit or a 32.5-sqm. unit with the option to combine the two units.

Assistant marketing manager Ebrique Moran said that they are currently developing the outer area of the property.

Amenities and other features of the project include a multi-purpose function hall and upper lobby, adult and children's swimming pool, collegiate basketball court, landscaped gardens, commercial units for lease, children's playground, sewage treatment, and 283 parking slots, wherein 161 slots are in the parking building and 122 are on-grade parking.

Unlike other developers, Moran said that they have their own construction system which will allow them to build faster.

Moran added that buildings 1 and 2 are targeted to be completed by the first quarter of 2016.
