A MAN believed to have been jilted by his lover hanged himself in the bathroom of his house in Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro, Saturday.
Police said Lee Marc Moñiva Bizar was still alive when family members found him.
Bizar died before reaching the JR Borja Memorial Hospital.
Investigators found no sign of foul play, and Bizar’s family refused to have the body autopsied.
In another part of the city, a dead man was found on Sunday with gunshot wounds and his hands and legs tied.
The body was found by the roadside in Alegria Hills Road, Upper Macasandig.
Police were still trying to identify the man as of Monday.
He was wearing a white T-shirt and denim pants and had tattoos on his left hip, right shoulder and back.
Recovered from the scene were three .45 caliber cartridges, a .45 caliber bullet, a blue face towel and a cellophane containing various personal effects.
