BACOLOD City Mayor Monico Puentevella is set to report on the affairs of the city during his “State of the Booming Bacolod Address” or Sobba on July 1 at the grand lobby of the Bacolod People’s House.
The mayor will render a report on his administration’s performance in 2014, in the presence of the members of the City Council of Bacolod led by Vice Mayor Greg Gasataya, barangay officials, business leaders, government employees, and guests and concerned citizens.
Puentevella was elected mayor in the May 2013 elections. Before becoming the local chief executive, he was congressman for three terms from 2001 to 2010.
He succeeded now Representatove Evelio Leonardia, who was city mayor from 2004 to 2013.(CNC)
