FOR his 92nd birthday, former Deputy House Speaker Pablo Garcia was honored with a thanksgiving mass and dinner at the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Convention Center by his loving family... Deputy Speaker of the 17th Congress Gwen G., Dierdra Vachal, Winston, Nelson, Byron, Marlon, Farla and Pablo John. The family paid an affectionate tribute to their Dad during the short program. Coming all the way from Manila to greet his former colleague in Congress was former House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr.

An innovative go-getter... that’s Evangeline “Vangie” Hayco who has come up with a lifestyle hub for the young in Talamban. The place called Grid Pad and Creative Campus is a merry mix of rooms for rent, eating places, an art center, a convenience store, a laundromat and more. All these are housed in renovated/conveniently designed container vans. Giving their all-out support to Vangie are Mom Eleanor and Grandma Beling Go Ching Hai.
