SOMEBUNNY is one! To celebrate Karissa Jeanne “Karrie” King’s (daughter of John and Karen) birthday lunch feast, guests hopped on over to the ballroom of the Casino Español de Cebu for the much-awaited event. For her best day possible, Karrie was dressed as an adorable mini-bunny. In this dreamland, a backdrop of a giant outdoor ornate garden made an elegant set-up surrounded by benches and many food kiosks that sat around the ballroom. Completing the bunny theme were paintings and decorations, and a seemingly infinite supply of eggs, which were a a hit among Karrie’s little guest-friends. Even the story-telling and singing shows as entertainment were deemed very popular with the children. It was beautiful that much of the party was captured on film for Karrie to witness when she is a little older. Happy first birthday, Karrie!
Getting dressed up for a fabulous tea party, you can only guess how fun this could be. At this delightful event for Aubrey Rivera, she was one lucky seven-year-old, who was given a birthday tea party hosted by her parents Roy and Katherine together with siblings Abigail and Alivia at The Glasshouse of the Montebello Villa Garden Hotel. It was also wonderful to send daddy Roy his birthday greetings presented with a cake from his family given that his birthday was just days before. Beautiful floral installations, elegant centerpieces that reflected the party theme and chandeliers brought together the event even more so. The handouts comprise a laced hat with a pearl necklace and gloves for the girls and a fedora hat, a bow tie plus suspenders for the boys. Very tasteful for a tea party! For Jia Qi Hughes (daughter of Gareth and Wawa), the swimming pool and trampoline were her playground as she celebrated her eighth birthday at the family residence with a handful of friends from school. Looking absolutely overjoyed throughout the day, guests feasted on a homemade Chinese spread made heartily by Jia Qi’s mother and grandmother plus a delectable cheesecake specially made by her father—both a guaranteed win. Taking on an animal themed cake, the celebrant couldn’t be any happier on her very special day. Happy eighth birthday, Jia Qi!
Birthday parties are designed to have a combination of fun and laughter and so for Sofia Dy-Liacco, joined by her nearest and dearest, a Jollibee party as she turned six years old was one she wanted to experience on her recent trip to Cebu from San Francisco where she is based with her dad Rikki, mom Melissa (nee Santos) and brother Caleb. It all equaled to one very thrilled little girl plus a smile on Sofia’s face that was just absolutely priceless! Happy sixth birthday, Sofia!
