THE Holy Cross of Davao College (HCDC) and Jose Maria College (JMC) copped the men's and women's titles, respectively, of the just-concluded Ched Palaro Davao City qualifying.
HCDC amassed a total of 20.5 points to rule the men's event while JMC placed second with 19.5 points. The University of Mindanao (UM) garnered 17 points for third followed by University of the Philippines (UP) Mindanao with 8.5 points in fourth.
The San Pedro College (6.5) Davao Doctors College (6.5) and Ateneo de Davao University (4.5) trailed behind.
In the distaff side, JMC tallied a total of 16.5 while UM came in close second with 15.5.
HCDC (14), SPC (8.0), DDC (6.0) and Addu (0) wounded up in the next four spots.
