AFTER their awkward meeting and interview inside a dressing room, the dinner, and the home visits, Angel Locsin said her relationship with ex-boyfriend Luis Manzano is back to zero.
The two, who broke up late last year, are already on speaking terms with each other.
"We are talking na, though back to zero. Panget kasi na natapos yung 2009 ko na di masyadong maganda sana yung 2010 simulan ko naman ng maganda (We are already talking to each other, though back to zero. The year 2009 did not end very well for me but I'm hoping that I can start 2010 better),” admitted Angel.
Angel was very reluctant when asked by the entertainment press if Luis is already courting her again.
“Hindi ko alam kung yun ang tawag dun. Hindi naman kasi ganun kabilis yun eh. As in zero talaga. More on getting to know you stage. Kasi ang daming nangyari eh (I don't know what you can call it. It's really not that very fast. As in zero. We are more on getting to know more each other stage because a lot of things really happen),” she said.
The actress added: "Ang importante sa akin eh ayusin muna namin yung isa't isa na di kami mag-aaway na di kami magbabastusan kasi ang dami naming pinagsamahan (The important think for me is to fix ourselves and not go into fighting because we shared a lot of things)."
She also cleared her reaction in an interview, which took place in a dressing room, with Luis in a television show.
“Nung una, nainis ako kasi ang tagal namin di nagusap tapos biglang ganun, Di ko alam kung anong irereact ko, kung magstay lang ba ako, magtataray ba ako.(At first it was irritation because we haven't seen and talk to each other for a while and suddenly he was there. I don't know what to react, if I will just stay there or will give him a hard time),” Angel said.
She added that she was able to explain to Luis her reaction during that moment after the incident happened.

Sun.Star asked Angel if she can share to everyone what Vilma Santos, mother of Luis, told her during a phone conversation over dinner with Luis and Kris Aquino.
"Tumawag ba naman (Luis) tapos nag susumbong, sabi ko inaayos mo tapos bakit ka nagsusumbong tapos kinausap ko tapos ako medjo shy shy ako tapos kinuha ni Ate Kris tapos pinasa nya ulit sa akin," Angel said.
“Sinabi nya na namiss nya daw ako nitong holiday tapos kung kelan daw ako dadalaw, na touch din ako, syempre ang dami nyang ginagawa tapos ang daming importanteng tao sa paligid nya tapos masasabi nya yun (She (Vilma) told me that she miss me this holiday and when will I pay a visit to their house. I was really touched because she has a lot of things to do and a lot of important people sorrounding her then she will tell me that),” she said.
Angel added that she never felt any awkward moment during the phone conversation because she was a big fan of the Star for all Seasons and she misses Luis’s family.
She confirmed that Luis also went to her house after their dinner with Kris Aquino.
"Dumaan sya sa bahay, nandun yung family ko ayun nag usap usap lang kami (He went to the house, my family was there, we just talk)," Angel said.
Luis on Efren
Angel said she was able to talk to Luis about Efren. “Wala naman nakikinig lang sya kasi mataas naman yung respeto nya kay Efren (He's just listening because he also has high respect to Efren).”
The young actress then said that she's open with everyone and that she has no expectations at all.
“Hindi naman ako nagmamadali, kung sya naman talaga eh ibibigay naman talaga ni God eh kaya ngayon enjoy lang muna sa buhay (I'm not really in a hurry, if he's (Luis) the one for me, God will give him to me so right now I will just enjoy life)” .(Glaiza Jarloc/Sunnex)
