Mixed martials on tap for February 6

THIRTEEN mixed martial arts fights will be on tap for the Wushu Xanda mixed martial arts eliminations on February 6 at the La Trinidad Municipal gymnasium.

The event, spearheaded by the Alim Party-list will be for the benefit of Hezra Wakit, a one–year-old with a congenital heart disease and ventricular skeptical defect. The tournament will feature upcoming mixed martial artists from other parts of northern Luzon.

Fighting in the main event is Delver Mangaolle against Armando Daligdig in the tournament, which will also benefit the Save our Children Foundation.

Also on tap for the event are Elisco Valdez and Marlon Binmahat while James Amistan squares off with Marlon Binmahat.

Egly Diaz will also be in the MMA for a cause facing Johnson Kayachen with Jerome Wanawan taking the ring against Ric Myler Impril.

Roldan Snagchaen takes on Denver Aliswag in one of the supporting bout together with Benito Amado who will square off against Neilvin Sacpa.

Jaimy Gayaman will be on the ring fighting Jonas Chalupang while Jackie Bomowey will test the mettle of Jose Lao-ing.

Keif Mangusan battles Johnny Bitaga in the other undercard while Joseph Amurao takes on Joemar Pasiwat.

Biondi Dayangdang will also be part of the February MMA eliminations squaring off against Guzman Playas with Charlemagne Pakeoan battling Satur Asiong in the curtain raisers. (Roderick Osis)
