Kapampangan is new Quota International regional director

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — Kapampangan Zelinda Barrios-Sotto was formally installed as the new regional director of Quota International taking the helm of the groups in Region 18 in the Philippines.

Barrios-Sotto is the youngest and second Kapampangan lady to occupy the said designation succeeding immediate past Regional Director Juliet Alwassia from Quota International of Parañaque.

The new regional director was presented during the Regional Meeting held at Bellevue Hotel in Alabang, represented by Quota International President Marie Dubson- Dunlop. Incoming International President Emilie Simon, who is also the first Asian and Filipino president of the Quota International, also graced the meeting.

Quota International’s presence in the Philippines is composed of two regions - Region 18 and 19 with a total of 23 clubs. Barrios-Sotto comes from Quota International of Pampanga and has served in different capacities for her mother club even serving as President.
