It was this kind of Saturday afternoon the guests of Mandani Bay experienced during its open house called “Barbeque at the Park” held last April 21 on a Saturday afternoon at its showroom found at F.E. Zuellig Ave., Mandaue City, Cebu. Every month this premium development surprises its guests with thematic open houses, but for the first time it was held outdoors as a way to introduce its summer-themed open house series.
Those invited, from potential buyers to future homeowners, dined at an open area just steps away from the showroom by sundown with bulbs lighting up the setting, eating barbeque selections by Yakski, burgers from Big Daddy—to name a few—with live entertainment all throughout the night.
More than giving a fresh take on the open house was the intention to have its guests indulged in the Mandani Bay experience from its lifestyle, the openness down to one of the four passions at the heart of Mandani Bay which is creativity.
