Cheers for the rising Amani Grand Citygate

THERE is always a reason to celebrate, but with Grand Land Incorporated now building its first condominium project in Davao City, the Amani Grand Citygate, there are definitely more reasons to raise the glasses.

With more and more developments mushrooming around the city, stiff market competition is inevitable. But this Cebu-based developer stands out, proof is its first two buildings which are surprisingly sold out just months after the project was launched last year.

With its brisk sales and recent groundbreaking ceremony last April 14, the developer staged a night of celebration for all its partners most especially their sales force at Grand Regal Hotel last April 16.

"Tonight is a celebration of the effort and time our sales team and partners gave to the project. With the positive performance of our sales, we are very happy to stage a night full of appreciation and surprises," Khristina Pestaño, vice president of Grand Land Inc. said.

She added that the company regularly organizes a party as a thanksgiving to the sales team.

Asked on the project's buyers, Pestaño shared, most of the investors are young professionals from Davao Region who wanted to own a property either for living or business.

Amani Grand Citygate, which is located along Buhangin-Cabantian road, is a P2.5-billion project and will rise in a 2.8-hectare area beside the soon-to-open Gaisano Grand Mall in Buhangin. The lifestyle-centric, London-inspired condominium will be comprised of four colorful mid-rise residential towers.

Amani Grand Citygate boasts its luxurious amenities like pools, gym, and jogging trails among others.

Almae Joy Villamor of Grand Land, Inc. – Davao Division said construction will start third quarter of this year.

At present, ground works including excavation and clearance are undergoing.

The first two buildings of the project are eyed to be turned over to the investors by 2022.
