A DRUG surrenderer was shot to death by two unidentified men on a motorcycle at Barangay Pandanon Silos in Murcia, Negros Occidental Monday morning, May 21.

Killed was Efraem Llamado, 57, of the said village. He was also a motorcycle-for-hire (habal-habal) driver and a broker.

Chief Inspector Roberto Indiape Jr., town police chief, said Llamado also previously worked as an ambulance driver at the municipal government.

Police recovered from the scene seven fired bullets and three deformed slugs of. 45 caliber pistol.

Indiape said the victim was targeted because his activities were monitored.
