THE Department of Trade and Industry-Davao City Field Office (DTI-DCFO), in partnership with the Philippine National IT Standards (PhilNits) Foundation, will hold a series of capability building seminar for the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The training program is under the Project Techie or Training Enhancement for Competitiveness in Harnessing Innovative Entrepreneurs.

The second batch of the training program entitled "Basic Computer Literacy and Application Systems (BCLAS)" is slated on January 28 to 30 at the Philnits Davao Office at the fifth floor of Mintrade Building, Monteverde Avenue corner Sales Street, Davao City. This will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Project Techie-BCLAs is a technology-based training, which will teach participants on the Basic Computer Operations, Internet Browsing, Applications using Microsoft Word and Excel and apply it to company operations and processes.

The three-day training on BCLAS is intended for business owners and incorporators only.

Registration is for free and meals/snacks will be served during the whole training duration. However, this will run on limited slots (25 participants only) and on first come-first served basis.
