MORE than sun and fun are the fashion trends complementing the season of summer. And last May 20, Ayala Center Cebu gave its shoppers a full view of outfits that are all the rage with the “Blooms Fashion Show” held at The Gallery.
Brands like Great Kids, Mango, Payless, De Los Reyes Optical, Karimadon and Rustan’s Department Store presented a mix of formal and casual pieces perfect from day to night.
A mix of bright and dark tones as well as fun prints were seen on the runway giving a versatile show of fashion finds with accessories from bags and eyewear to shoes and jewelry completing the looks.
Fashion-wise, the bevy of designs seen on the runway proved that there’s always something new to look forward to when it comes to summer—from the up-and-coming trends that make a splash to those that never go out of style. Also, experimenting on looks never hurt anyone. So it adds to the fun when one is dressing up for an occasion be it casual or formal.
That night, the show presented ready-to-wear designs inspired by florals and the season of summer. As fashion will always remain an integral part in any fashion lover’s life who wields it as a form of self-expression, the constant search for what’s hot is always a fun trip to hit.
