YELLOW ribbons will be tied to the posts in major roads of Bacolod to commemorate the late president Corazon Aquino’s birthday as sign of sympathy and support, said businessman and supporter Millie Kilayko.

"Please dress or wear something yellow, attach yellow trims to cars, homes, and business enterprises as a symbol of gratitude for her gift of freedom. And let's paint the town yellow to show the world we want Cory to pass on the torch of an honest and moral Presidency to her son Noynoy," said Martin Agpangan, a staunch supporter of the Aquinos.
