OVER 2,000 Jehovah's Witnesses from the City of San Fernando are expected to gather for their annual regional convention to be held at the LausGroup Event Centre on July 6 to 8.
With the theme "Be Courageous," the three-day gathering will include talks, interviews, multimedia, and heartwarming discourse for its attendees. The program aims to help teach practical ways on how to face challenges with courage.
Highlights of the event also include a Bible-based talk about "The Resurrection Hope Imparts Courage- How?" and a feature film about "Jonah" on why he feared his assignment and ran away.
Two weeks ago, Jehovah's Witnesses started to personally give invitations to the people of Pampanga. There are a total of 16 congregations participating in the activity.
Admission is free. Conventions of Jehovah's Witnesses are supported entirely by voluntary contributions. (Erika Mariel Gines)
