Angeles City village exec warns drug pushers anew

ANGELES CITY -- A barangay councilman has warned drug pushers to stop selling drugs in their village or get arrested.

Balibago Councilor Tony Mamac, a former chairman of said village, issued the warning following the arrest of three persons during a drug bust conducted by the Police Station 4.

The suspects were arrested by elements of the said station under the leadership of Chief Inspector Aries Gonzales, according to Mamac.

“The suspects are not even residents of our barangay. This is a warning to all drug pushers to leave Balibago and let our people and our youth live in harmony and peace in our barangay,” said Mamac, who is also a former police official.

Gonzales and his men recovered several grams of marijuana and the P1,000 bill used in the transaction between the suspects and police agents.

“Congratulations to all operating PNP personnel. Let us not stop until the last pusher is in jail,” Mamac urged the policemen.
