THE Iloilo City Government, through the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), provided free review sessions to its employees for the upcoming Civil Service Eligibility Examination on August 12.
Mayor Jose Espinosa III encouraged employees to avail themselves of the free review every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
“The City Government would like the employees to pass the exam for them to be qualified for regular positions or be eligible for promotions,” Espinosa said.
The initiative has been going on in recent years.
This is in line with the career and human resource development program for employees, HRMO head Leo M. Elevencione said.
The sessions are conducted by Franco Anthony Agudo of City Planning and Development Office for Mathematics, and Iloilo City Community College professors Olivia Fragante and Maria Fe Alejandria for English. (PR)
