NCCC Retail Hub to rise in Matina

THE NCCC Retail Hub that will house three different business units, located at McArthur Highway, Matina Davao City, is targeted to open in the first quarter of 2019.

As the NCCC management continues to expand their services to their customers by converting HB1 Centro into NCCC Supermarkets and opening malls, they also target to provide the supermarket, department store, and hardware needs of their customers as they open their retail hub early next year.

The NCCC Retail Hub is located in front of Davao Memorial Park and Alexian Brothers Health and Wellness Center in Matina, Davao City.

According to NCCC Supermarket Central Davao Area operations manager Darleen R. Labawan, they are bringing together in one building NCCC Supermarket, Department Store, and Hardware Maxx for their loyal customers.

“They can easily access the area because it’s just along the highway, at the same time there are many routes of jeepney going through that way. There will be new stores which we will be preparing for our loyal customers. We hope, really, that we can provide excellent shopping experience to them by the first quarter of 2019,” said Labawan adding that they are currently in the process of clearing the area and to start construction.

She said aside from these three business units inside, there will also be food and other merchandise tenants that will be present.

Labawan said they have yet to have final details of the land area of the structure as it is still on the early stages of planning.
